Gcup Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or accessing any part of the gcup platform, you automatically agree to and are bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Gcup reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you are aware of the latest terms in effect.

Continued use of the gcup platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the amended conditions.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use gcup services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Do not act as an agent or representative of a third party when registering.
• Do not reside in or access the platform from regions where this service is prohibited.
• Can only have one (1) active account at any one time.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete personal information during the registration process.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before you can withdraw funds. gcup reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your ID, utility bill, or bank statement for verification purposes.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

Gcup offers a variety of secure payment methods to simplify your financial transactions. All transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your sensitive data.

• The minimum deposit amount is subject to the selected payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 working days depending on the selected method.
• Gcup reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms.
• All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• Transaction fees (if any) will be communicated to you prior to confirmation.

Gcup is not responsible for any delays caused by factors outside the platform's control, such as bank disruptions or third-party network issues.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Redemption Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by gcup are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements set separately for each offer. You are advised to read the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

• Bonuses will be credited to your account within 24 hours after the conditions are met.
• Abuse or manipulation of promotions will result in immediate cancellation of bonuses.
• Gcup reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between different user accounts.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.

5. Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. gcup recommends that you:

• Use a strong and unique password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to the gcup support team immediately.

Gcup shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account security.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the gcup platform:

• Opening more than one account or using a false identity.
• Using bots, automated software, or any tools to manipulate games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Uploading, distributing, or transmitting offensive, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt gcup systems and servers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, freezing of funds, and legal action where necessary.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the gcup platform, including logos, graphics, interface designs, text, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of gcup and is protected under Malaysia and international intellectual property laws.

You are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from gcup.

8. Account Termination & Suspension

Gcup reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this document.
• Account closure requested by the user.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Instructions from authorities pursuant to applicable laws or regulations.

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the gcup support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once all security checks have been completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gcup makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. To the extent permitted by law, gcup shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Data loss or system damage resulting from factors beyond our control.
• Actions or omissions by third parties in connection with our services.
• Delays or failures caused by extraordinary circumstances (force majeure).

Under no circumstances shall gcup's total liability to you exceed the total funds you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where gcup is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the platform will be resolved through arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be set aside and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
